The nation is puzzled that why did Imran Khan get infected with the Novel Corona Virus, as he had received the first shot of the vaccination earlier this week.
The Ministry Of National Health Services clarified that the Prime minister was not ‘fully vaccinated at the time he got infected with the virus.
The Ministry further added that anti-bodies against Coronavirus develop 2-3 weeks after the second dosage of the vaccine is administered.
Prime Minister Imran Khan was not fully vaccinated when he contracted the virus. He only got the 1st dose and merely 2 days ago which is too soon for ANY vaccine to become effective. Anti-bodies develop 2-3 weeks after 2nd dose of 2-dose COVID vaccines. #VaccinesWork

Health experts also claim that the vaccination starts working 2 weeks after the first has been administered.
Some may feel PM got #COVID vaccine & it did not work. NOT ACCURATE
He received 1st #vaccination 2 days ago.
"IT TAKES 2 WEEKS after 2ND shot before antibodies reach a level of reasonable protection.
Wishing PM a speedy recovery.

The news of PM Imran Khan getting Covid-19 despite getting the vaccination is also feared to cause a negative reaction from the public.
Imran Khan's covid positive status is surely going to cause a setback to the vaccination drive due to lack of understanding & awareness amongst the masses.
