LAHORE: Super League (PSL) season 7 schedule is likely to change.
According to sources, it is difficult to hold the PSL due to Australia’s planned visit to Pakistan in February and March next year. If Australia confirms its tour to Pakistan then the Super League will be rescheduled.
Sources said that the month of Ramadan and May-June window may be considered for PSL 7 as there is a possibility of clash with IPL when PSL is scheduled in April-May.
According to the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) spokesperson, international cricket has always been given priority over domestic cricket.
He said that all the decisions related to PSL would be taken in the confidence of the franchisees and the PCB would convene a meeting with the franchise owners soon.
He said that PSL franchises are important stakeholders of the league and they would be consulted.
